Berry Mango Spinach Smoothie

Smoothies are my go to when I want something quick, easy and healthy! It's easy to eat bad when you're on the go, but with this Berry Mango Spinach Smoothie I'm able to eat healthy and save time.

This smoothie only takes five minutes to blend. I used an Aldi pack of Season's Choice Frozen Berry Medley, which was a blend of Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries and Blueberries are combined with fresh mango, fresh spinach, chia seeds and orange juice.

Smoothies are made quiet often in my home and this is just one of my favorite smoothies. It's easy for me blend a smoothie when I want something quick, as well as sweet...without all the calories and guilt.

I call this smoothie my "Go to Smoothie", because it includes fruits and vegetables that I normally keep in our refrigerator on a normal basis. This smoothie also has a great source of antioxidants from the berries along with fiber and magnesium, from the spinach and chia seeds.

A natural sweetener for the Berry Mango Spinach Smoothie is the orange juice, however, I don't recommend using that often if trying to lower your sugar intake. Often times, I use water with a hint of honey or Splenda when I'm watching my sugar and caloric intake.

I hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as my husband and I do. Don't be afraid to share your favorite smoothie in the comment section, I would love to hear your recipe.

Thanks for reading and #SimplyBe
